This property involved the building of two double extensions on either side of the house. The house has benefited from being re- plumbed, re - wired, completely plastered and re - roughcasted. New bathrooms were fitted throughout along with new double glazing. The internal of the house was completely modernised along with fully being redecorated.
This project involved taking down a large conservatory and replacing with a extended living room along with a dining room. Double doors separated the rooms but once opened this created a large open plan area. The entire ground floor was fitted with hardwood flooring and fully redecorated.
This project involved a extension to the rear of the property which created a large open plan kitchen / dinning room. Also downstairs a new utility room and a new bathroom were created. Upstairs the master bedroom was made bigger and a new ensuite was created. A new kitchen was designed and fully fitted with new hardwood flooring fitted throughout.
This project involved building an extension above the existing garage to create a new large bedroom with an ensuite. The entire top floor of this house was re designed to create much more spacious bedrooms. A new bespoke stair along with a new glass handrail was fitted which made a fantastic focal point to the house.
This project was a very "cosmopolitan" extension to the rear of the property. A new kitchen / dinning room was created along with a new utility room. The external of the extension was cedar lined and new powder coated grey double glazing was fitted. An attic conversion was also created to provide a further two bedrooms and a bathroom.
